After 15 years of buying and selling we've developed an eye for the real thing — and we would never knowingly sell anything that wasn't exactly what it claims to be. If we're ever uncertain about something, we say so clearly in the listing. Honesty is non-negotiable for us.

We describe everything as clearly and honestly as we can. Every listing includes photos of any marks, dinks, or signs of age — because you deserve to know exactly what you're getting before you buy. We love pieces that show their age and have clearly been lived with. What we won't stock is anything broken, with pieces missing, or badly damaged. Character yes. Damage no.

Everywhere we can find them. Antique fairs, online, and people who come directly to us. We go looking every single week — sometimes at 6am in a muddy field, sometimes at a specialist fair, sometimes somewhere completely unexpected. That's honestly the part we love most. Every piece has made its own journey to get here.

Of course. Just get in touch and we'll make it as easy as possible. We never want anyone to feel stuck with something that isn't right for them. Returns are no drama — just a conversation.

We photograph every piece from as many angles as we possibly can and add video wherever we can so you can see it from every side. What you see is exactly what you get. We understand the uncertainty of buying something you can't hold — we do everything in our power to remove it.

It won't if we can help it. We wrap everything extremely carefully because these are special, one of a kind pieces and we want them to arrive at their forever home safely. If something does arrive damaged, contact us straight away and we will arrange a full refund. No arguments, no fuss, no delay.

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours and delivery is free on everything. The only exception is extremely large or heavy furniture which may require a pallet delivery — we will always make this clear before you buy so there are no surprises at checkout.
